Datadog appoints Ami Vora to board of directors

Datadog Inc. (NASDAQ: DDOG) announced the appointment of Ami Vora to its board of directors, according to a company statement.



Vora brings over 20 years of experience in product and design leadership roles at major technology companies. She previously served as chief product officer at Faire, a wholesale marketplace for independent brands and retailers. Before that, she led product and design for WhatsApp and held several positions at Meta, including vice president and head of product for Facebook Ads, scaling Instagram, and launching Facebook's developer platform.



Vora began her career at Microsoft developing tools for developers and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Harvard University.



"Throughout my career, I've loved creating products for people who are passionate about building things," Vora said in the statement. "I'm inspired by how Datadog makes it easy for builders at companies of all sizes to observe, secure and refine their mission-critical products."



Olivier Pomel, chief executive officer at Datadog, said Vora's experience developing products for billions of users at large technology companies would be valuable to the company's growth phase.



Datadog operates a monitoring and security platform for cloud applications, providing infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring, log management, and other capabilities for organizations across various industries.
