Datadog adds Dominic Phillips to board as Class II director

Datadog Inc. (NASDAQ: DDOG) expanded its board of directors from ten to eleven members and appointed Dominic Phillips as a Class II director, according to a company statement.
The board approved the changes on February 26, 2026. Phillips will serve until the company's annual meeting of stockholders in 2027.
The company stated that Phillips has not been assigned to any board committees at this time.
