DIH appoints Professor Nick Ward to scientific advisory board

DIH Holding US, Inc. (NASDAQ: DHAI) announced the appointment of Professor Nick Ward, M.D., to its Scientific Advisory Board. Ward serves as Professor of Clinical Neurology and Neurorehabilitation at the Institute of Neurology at University College London and at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London.

Ward leads a high-intensity Upper Limb Neurorehabilitation programme and conducts research on neurobiological mechanisms involved in arm and hand function recovery. His clinical expertise focuses on upper limb neurorehabilitation.

The DIH Scientific Advisory Board comprises scientists and clinicians who provide guidance on technical and scientific matters, product development, and research plans. The board offers insights into clinical and scientific trends relevant to DIH's rehabilitation solutions.

With Ward's appointment, the DIH Scientific Advisory Board now includes nine members. DIH develops robotic devices for physical rehabilitation that incorporate visual stimulation for patients with walking impairments, reduced balance, or impaired arm and hand functions.
