Crown Holdings appoints Michael Doss to board of directors

Crown Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CCK) announced that Michael P. Doss was elected to serve on the company's board of directors, effective March 3, 2026.

Doss has served as president, chief executive officer and director of Graphic Packaging Corporation, and as director of Regal Rexnord Corporation, according to the company's statement.

The company expects Doss will be appointed to the board's audit committee. He will receive the same compensation as other non-employee directors for board and committee membership, as outlined in Crown Holdings' proxy statements filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
