Century Therapeutics board member resigns effective December 18

Century Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: IPSC) announced that Carlo Rizzuto, Ph.D. resigned from the company's board of directors effective December 18, 2025.

The company stated that Rizzuto's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Century Therapeutics on matters relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.

Century Therapeutics expressed gratitude for Rizzuto's service to the board and his contributions to the company, according to the announcement.
