Brady elects 11 directors, declares $0.245 dividend per share

Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) announced the unanimous election of 11 directors to one-year terms at its annual shareholder meeting held December 3 in Milwaukee.

The elected directors include Patrick W. Allender, former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Danaher Corporation; Dr. David S. Bem, vice president of science and technology at PPG Industries; Dr. Elizabeth P. Bruno, president of Brady Education Foundation; and Joanne Collins Smee, former executive vice president at Xerox Corporation.

Additional directors elected are Deidre E. Cusack, former executive vice president at Dematic; Anne De Greef-Safft, former group president at Standex International; Christopher M. Hix, former chief financial officer of Enovis Corporation; and Vineet Nargolwala, former president and CEO of Allegro MicroSystems.

The board also includes Bradley C. Richardson, former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Avient Corporation; Dr. Michelle E. Williams, former global group president at Altuglas International; and Russell R. Shaller, current president and CEO of Brady Corporation.

Brady's board declared a dividend of $0.245 per share for Class A Common Stock holders, payable January 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 9, 2026.

The Milwaukee-based company manufactures identification and protection solutions for various industries. Brady reported fiscal 2025 sales of approximately $1.51 billion and employed about 6,400 people worldwide as of July 31, 2025.
