BluSky AI names Dan Gay to board of directors

BluSky AI Inc. (OTC: BSAI) appointed Dan Gay to its board of directors, the Salt Lake City-based company announced. Gay previously served as the company's chief operating officer for the past year.

Gay brings over 30 years of experience in data center innovation and enterprise IT strategy, having held senior executive roles at MCI, Qwest, Montana Power, BlockCerts, and RackScale. Throughout his career, he has worked on digital transformation initiatives and scaling company revenues across telecommunications, internet services, and high-performance computing sectors.

"Dan's extensive experience in leading growth in technology companies will be invaluable as we continue executing on our vision to deploy scalable, energy-efficient AI data centers across the United States," said Trent D'Ambrosio, chief executive officer of BluSky AI, according to the company's press release.

BluSky AI develops modular AI data center infrastructure, building what it describes as rapidly deployable, plug-and-play data centers on powered land assets. The company targets AI companies and enterprises seeking compute solutions.

Gay said in a statement that he was "excited to contribute to this mission and support the team in delivering on its bold vision" regarding AI infrastructure development.

The appointment comes as BluSky AI works to expand its leadership team while scaling operations in the artificial intelligence infrastructure sector.
