BiomX appoints new director following board resignations

BiomX Inc. (NYSE: PHGE) announced board changes following the resignation of two directors and the appointment of a replacement.

Jonathan Leff and Jesse Goodman resigned from BiomX's Board of Directors on February 9, 2026, and February 11, 2026, respectively, citing personal reasons. Both resignations were effective immediately. The company stated that neither director indicated disagreement with BiomX on operational, policy or practice matters.

The biotechnology company appointed Liat Bidas as a Class II Director on February 13, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Bidas will serve a term expiring at the company's 2028 annual stockholder meeting, filling one of the board vacancies.

BiomX indicated it continues seeking candidates to fill the remaining board vacancy created by the resignations.
