Beyond Lithium changes name to Beyond Minerals Inc., adds Lawrence Tsang

Beyond Lithium Inc. (CSE: BY) (OTCQB: BYDMF) will begin trading under the name Beyond Minerals Inc. effective February 6, 2026, the company announced. The stock symbols will remain unchanged, with a new CUSIP of 088662101 and ISIN of CA0886621014.
The name change returns the company to its original name and reflects its expanded focus on exploring critical minerals including rare earths, beyond its previous lithium concentration. Shareholders approved the change at the annual meeting held December 18, 2025, and the company received its certificate of amendment on January 29, 2026.
The company stated no trading interruptions are expected and no share consolidation will occur. Existing share certificates remain valid, though shareholders may request replacement certificates.
Beyond Minerals also announced that Lawrence Tsang, the company's VP of Exploration, was elected to the board of directors at the shareholder meeting. Tsang serves as President and CEO of Pluto Ventures Inc. (CSE: PLTO) and as Exploration Manager of Ascot Resources Ltd.
Tsang brings over 15 years of mining industry experience and holds a geology degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a Registered Professional Geologist and Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 standards, specializing in gold, silver, and base metals exploration.
Beyond Minerals operates the Ear Falls spodumene-bearing pegmatite exploration project in Ontario and two exploration projects in British Columbia focused on rare earths and base metals. The company's website will change to www.beyondminerals.ca following the name change.
