Anteris Technologies director Stephen Denaro resigns from board

Anteris Technologies Global Corp. (NASDAQ: AVR) announced that Stephen Denaro resigned from its board of directors on December 13, 2025, with immediate effect. Denaro served as a Class II director.

The company stated that Denaro's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company or its management regarding operations, policies or practices.

Denaro will continue serving as corporate secretary of Anteris Technologies Pty Ltd and as a board member of the company's Australian subsidiaries, according to the statement.

The board thanked Denaro for his service to the company.
