Andersen appoints Sue Decker to board of directors

Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG) announced the appointment of Sue Decker to its board of directors, according to a company statement.



Decker brings over 40 years of experience in financial services and technology. She previously served as chief financial officer at Yahoo and later held executive positions including president of the company. Before joining Yahoo in 2000, she worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette for nearly 14 years covering technology and advertising equities.



After leaving Yahoo, Decker served as an entrepreneur in residence at Harvard Business School through the Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. In 2021, she founded Raftr, a platform for building community across college campuses and organizations.



She currently serves on the boards of Berkshire Hathaway, Chime, Costco Wholesale, and Vail Resorts, along with several privately-held companies. Decker holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Tufts University.



"Sue's appointment reflects our ongoing focus on maintaining a highly capable and engaged Board as Andersen continues to grow," said Mark Vorsatz, chairman of the board and global chairman and CEO of Andersen.



Andersen provides tax, valuation, and financial advisory services to individuals, family offices, businesses, and funds in the United States. The company operates through a global platform spanning more than 180 countries with over 1,000 locations.
