New Jersey Resources (NYSE: NJR) announced that Amy B. Mansue has been unanimously elected to its board of directors, effective November 1, 2025.
Mansue serves as president and chief executive officer of Inspira Health Network, which provides healthcare services across southern New Jersey. She previously held executive positions at RWJBarnabas Health and Children's Specialized Hospital.
"Amy Mansue is an accomplished leader with a keen understanding of the critical issues facing businesses today," said Steve Westhoven, president and chief executive officer of New Jersey Resources.
Before her healthcare career, Mansue worked in government roles including legislative assistant to former Congressman James J. Florio and deputy chief of staff to former Governor James E. McGreevey. She also served as deputy commissioner in the New Jersey Department of Human Services.
Mansue currently serves on the board of directors of Middlesex Water Company, where she chairs the compensation committee. She has previously served as board chair for the New Jersey Hospital Association and New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce.
She earned both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Alabama, with her undergraduate degree in social welfare and graduate degree in social work.
New Jersey Resources operates natural gas and clean energy services through subsidiaries including New Jersey Natural Gas, which serves customers in six New Jersey counties, and other divisions focused on clean energy, storage and transportation.
