Allegro MicroSystems adds Brian White to its board of directors

Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALGM) has appointed Brian C. White to its board of directors as an independent director, effective June 17, 2026, according to a company statement.
White has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and high-technology industries. He has previously served as chief financial officer at several publicly traded semiconductor companies, including Ambarella, Inc., Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., and Integrated Device Technology, Inc.
Joseph Martin, chairman of the board, said in the statement: "Brian's public-company CFO perspective, semiconductor industry experience and governance background make him a strong addition to our Board."
White currently serves on the board of FormFactor, Inc., where he chairs the audit committee. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University.
