Alkami Technology adds two directors to board

Alkami Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALKT) announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Jeffrey Fox and Judson Linville as new board members, effective immediately following the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.

The board approved an increase in size from nine to 11 directors to accommodate the new appointments. Linville will serve as a Class III director with a term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting, while Fox will serve as a Class I director with a term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting.

Both directors will receive compensation consistent with the company's existing program for non-employee directors. The board will determine committee assignments for the new directors upon or following their appointments.

The company stated there are no reportable transactions or relationships between the new directors and Alkami Technology under applicable securities regulations.
