ALT5 Sigma appoints Dr. Adel Elmessiry to board of directors

ALT5 Sigma Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTS) announced the appointment of Dr. Adel Elmessiry as an independent member of its board of directors, effective January 29, 2026.

Dr. Elmessiry holds a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain systems. He currently serves as the official United Nations representative for the Creators Union of Arabs, where he contributes to discussions on AI accessibility and digital sovereignty. He has founded multiple AI and blockchain initiatives and has published peer-reviewed research in artificial intelligence and distributed systems.

The appointee has advised and invested in technology companies across AI, Web3, and digital infrastructure sectors. He has served as a limited partner in blockchain-focused investment funds and held advisory roles supporting startup ecosystems and innovation initiatives.
