ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW) announced the appointment of Todd Ford and Didier Lamouche as independent directors to its Board of Directors, according to a company statement.

Ford previously served as President, CFO and EVP Operations at Coupa, a business spend management platform, from 2015 to 2023. He remained with the company as President and CFO Emeritus through its $8.0 billion sale to Thoma Bravo in 2023. Ford also served as CFO of MobileIron, leading the company through its 2014 IPO, and as CFO and EVP of Operations at Rackable Systems Inc., where he helped grow revenues from $20 million to more than $350 million.

Lamouche served as President and CEO of IDEMIA from 2013 until his retirement in 2018. During his tenure, he led the 2017 acquisition of Morpho, which established IDEMIA as a global leader in digital identity and security. He previously held executive positions at ST-Microelectronics, ST-Ericsson, Bull Group, and IBM.

"Board refreshment continues to be a top priority as we plan for the expected retirement and transition of two current directors," said Adalio Sanchez, Chair of the Board of ACI.

Ford currently serves on the board of 8x8 and works as a Managing Director at Broken Arrow Capital. Lamouche serves on the boards of Quadient, ASM International NV, and Adecco Group. Lamouche previously served on ACI's board before this reappointment.

The appointments reflect the company's strategy to add business leaders with technology sector experience to its board as it focuses on growth in the payments technology sector.
