ZipRecruiter partners with Chase for business card hiring benefits

ZipRecruiter (NYSE: ZIP) announced a partnership with Chase to serve as the exclusive hiring partner for the new Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business card. The collaboration provides cardmembers with access to ZipRecruiter's hiring platform and up to $400 in annual hiring credits through December 31, 2027.

Cardmembers can receive automatic statement credits for qualifying purchases made with ZipRecruiter, with a maximum of $200 in credits from January through June and $200 from July through December each calendar year. The credits can be used for job postings and premium candidate sourcing tools on the platform.

"Speed and efficiency in hiring can make the difference between capturing a great employee and losing them to a competitor," said Ian Siegel, ZipRecruiter co-founder and CEO. "When you combine Chase's extensive network with ZipRecruiter's proven hiring platform, you create a powerful solution that drives real business results."

The partnership addresses common hiring challenges faced by small and medium businesses, including finding quality candidates and competing for talent against larger companies, according to a ZipRecruiter survey of 2,000 talent acquisition professionals conducted in September and October 2024.

Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business cardmembers can activate the offer without additional signup requirements. The platform provides access to ZipRecruiter's matching technology and distribution to over 100 job boards.

ZipRecruiter operates as an online employment marketplace connecting job seekers with employers. The company reports being rated as the top job search app on iOS and Android platforms for eight consecutive years and holds the top employment job site rating on G2.
