Zillow Group Inc. (NASDAQ: Z and ZG) announced an agreement to provide Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents in the United States with access to Zillow Showcase, the company's premium listing platform. The partnership extends a previous agreement with HomeServices of America, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' parent company.
Zillow Showcase offers interactive listing designs with high-resolution images, room-by-room photo organization, and agent branding features. According to Zillow data, Showcase listings are more likely to go pending within 14 days on market and sell for 2% more compared to similar nearby non-Showcase listings on the platform.
"Our agents have quickly embraced Zillow Showcase, and we expect many more to do the same after our parent company received such strong interest in a similar program," said Vince Leisey, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
The platform includes features such as SkyTour, which provides aerial views of property exteriors, and a performance dashboard that tracks listing analytics. Bobbi Jo Price, vice president of Agent Sales at Zillow, stated that agents use Showcase throughout the listing process from acquisition to sale.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices operates approximately 1,400 offices with about 45,000 real estate professionals across North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. The network completed more than $127.7 billion in real estate sales in 2024.
The information is based on a press release statement from Zillow.
