XBP Global wins six-year NYC parking violation payment contract

XBP Global Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: XBP) announced it has secured a contract with the New York City Department of Finance to provide payment processing services for parking violation tickets through a competitive bidding process.
The Irving, Texas-based company will implement its Lockbox Services platform to handle financial transactions for the city's parking violations program. The initial contract term spans six years.
According to the company, the partnership will provide New York City residents with additional payment options, reduced processing times, and enhanced security measures for parking ticket payments.
"We are honored to partner with the New York City Department of Finance to enhance and simplify payment processing systems for the Parking Violations Program," said Lakshmi Narayanan, President of Bills and Payments at XBP Global. "Our solutions are designed to simplify transactions, strengthen security, and improve the overall customer experience with reduced cycle time for all consumers."
XBP Global describes itself as a workflow automation company that operates in 20 countries with approximately 11,000 employees. The company serves over 2,500 clients across banking, healthcare, insurance, utilities, and public sector industries.
