Wolters Kluwer names Tejas Shah as chief strategy and innovation officer
Wolters Kluwer (Euronext: WKL) announced the appointment of Tejas Shah as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, effective immediately. Shah will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the Executive Board on strategies for growth and transformation.
Shah joins from McKinsey, where he served as a Partner in the information services and software practice, focusing on AI innovation and working with clients on strategy, go-to-market approaches, and pricing. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tufts University.

"His expertise in software, advanced technologies, and AI-driven solutions will be instrumental as we execute our three-year strategy to scale our expert solutions, accelerate growth, and evolve capabilities that grow our market leadership."
Shah replaces Maria Montenegro, who was recently appointed CEO of the group's CP & ESG Division. In his new role, Shah will focus on shaping and executing strategies to drive the company's continued transformation.
Wolters Kluwer provides information, software solutions and services for professionals in healthcare, tax and accounting, financial and corporate compliance, legal and regulatory, corporate performance, and ESG sectors. The company reported 2024 annual revenues of €5.9 billion and employs approximately 21,600 people worldwide across operations in over 40 countries.
