Wolters Kluwer names Dean Sonderegger as ELM Solutions general manager
Wolters Kluwer (EURONEXT: WKL) appointed Dean Sonderegger as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its ELM Solutions business, the company announced.
Sonderegger brings over 25 years of experience in the legal software, tax, and services industries to the role. He previously served as head of Wolters Kluwer's Financial & Regulatory Reporting business and as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Canada and Research & Learning businesses in the Tax and Accounting division.
"Dean possesses a deep understanding of the legal market and a proven ability to drive customer-focused innovation through exceptional leadership," said Martin O'Malley, CEO of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory.
In his new position, Sonderegger will lead the ELM Solutions business, which provides enterprise legal management tools for corporate legal operations departments. The business is part of Wolters Kluwer's Legal & Regulatory division.

Wolters Kluwer reported 2024 annual revenues of €5.9 billion and employs approximately 21,600 people worldwide. The company serves customers in over 180 countries and maintains operations in over 40 countries.
