The integration allows Broot.ai users to make calls directly within the platform with single-click functionality after identifying prospects. The system enables instant follow-up with event attendees and qualified sales opportunities through in-app calling capabilities.
"Vonage APIs allow us to deliver seamless, in-app calling and instant number provisioning, transforming the way our users engage with their customers and prospects," said Mithun Waghela, founder and chief product officer of Broot.ai.
The Vonage integration provides Broot.ai with access to local business numbers across U.S., European and Asia Pacific markets. The platform includes centralized call data and metrics to track team activity and campaign performance.
"By bringing real-time voice and easy number management directly into CRM workflows, Vonage is enabling enterprises to connect with customers faster and more effectively around the world," said Christophe Van de Weyer, president and head of business unit API at Vonage.
Broot.ai operates as an AI-powered contact management and enrichment platform designed for B2B sales, marketing and event professionals. The platform captures, organizes and enriches business contacts from networking events, digital channels and existing databases into a unified system.
