Valmont Industries names William Eric Johnson as Chief Accounting Officer

Valmont Industries (NYSE: VMI) announced the appointment of William "Eric" Johnson as Chief Accounting Officer, effective October 20, 2025. Johnson will oversee the company's accounting and SEC reporting functions, reporting directly to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Tom Liguori.
Johnson previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer at Conagra Brands (NYSE: CAG), a $12 billion food and beverage company. His earlier experience includes serving as Director of Internal Audit at Kiewit Corporation and more than 12 years at KPMG in roles of increasing responsibility, including international audit work in Europe. Johnson holds a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant.
The company also announced that Tim Francis has been appointed Strategic Leader, Process Optimization, reporting to Greg Turi, President, International Infrastructure. Francis will support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives across Valmont's international operations.
