February 17, 2026 2:18 PM EST

Catheter Precision, Inc. (NYSE American: VTAK) acquired a 20% equity interest in Fly Flyte, Inc., a subsidiary of Creatd, Inc. (OTCQB: CRTD), according to a company announcement. The transaction involved a secondary purchase from an existing shareholder.

Fly Flyte operates as a regional aviation service provider that uses artificial intelligence technology. The company provides services using certified aircraft and established routes, generating revenue while positioning for expansion.

"Creatd is committed to building a portfolio of operating companies in the small-cap space," said Jeremy Frommer, CEO of Creatd. "We see an opportunity to address the white space created by the contraction of middle markets over the last two decades."

The acquisition aligns with Creatd's strategy of developing technology-enabled subsidiaries while maintaining their operational independence. Creatd stated that Fly Flyte will continue its strategic focus under the new partnership structure.

Creatd operates as an acquisition and growth company focused on technology-driven businesses in aviation, media, and advisory services. The company uses a shared services model designed to help portfolio companies scale operations and expand market reach.

The information is based on a press release statement from Creatd.
