Uranium Royalty names Andy Marshall as new CFO

Uranium Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ: UROY) (TSX: URC) announced the appointment of Andy Marshall as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Josephine Man who recently joined Uranium Energy Corp. as CFO.
Marshall brings over 20 years of senior financial leadership experience in the natural resources sector. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst with expertise in corporate reporting across Canada and the U.S., financial and risk management, transactional financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
His career includes CFO positions at multiple publicly listed resource companies, where he supported project advancement and capital markets initiatives. Marshall began his career with PwC LLP in London before moving to Vancouver in 2008. He holds a BA(Hons) in Financial Analysis and Accounting from Newcastle University, England.

Melbye thanked outgoing CFO Josephine Man for her seven years of service during the company's foundational stage.
