Ulta Beauty adds Martin Brok and Stephenie Landry to board

Ulta Beauty Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTA) appointed Martin Brok and Stephenie Landry to its board of directors, effective September 1, 2025. Both will serve on the audit and compensation committees.



Brok brings over 35 years of global leadership experience in consumer brands and retail. He currently serves as founder and CEO of mb Capital Advisors and operating partner at Advent International. His previous roles include global president and CEO of Sephora, president of Starbucks for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and global chief operating officer of direct-to-consumer at Nike. He also held senior positions at Burger King and The Coca-Cola Company.



Brok currently serves on boards of several companies including Revlon, Oatly (NASDAQ: OTLY), END. Clothing, Poke House, and Qorium. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Georgia State University and completed Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development.



Landry has more than 20 years of experience in consumer technology and retail operations. She previously served as chief operating officer at Honor Technology, an eldercare services company. At Amazon, she held various leadership roles including vice president of worldwide grocery, vice president of Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Online, vice president of Prime Now, and vice president of sustainability. She holds a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.



The appointments expand Ulta Beauty's board to 12 directors, with 67% women, 33% racially diverse members, and 50% appointed within the last five years.



"Martin is an accomplished, strategic leader with deep international experience in the areas of retailing, merchandising, and brand strategy, while Stephenie has strong operational and digital innovation expertise and sustainability leadership," said Kecia Steelman, president and chief executive officer.
