Terreno Realty adds Paul Donahue as independent director

Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO) announced the appointment of Paul J. Donahue Jr. as an independent director effective November 4, 2025, according to a company statement. The addition expands the industrial real estate company's board to eight directors.

Donahue serves as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Black Squirrel Partners, a growth equity and content platform. He retired from Morgan Stanley in 2020 after a 32-year tenure, most recently serving as Head of Americas Equity Capital Markets and Chairman of the Equity Underwriting Committee.

The new director holds degrees in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior & Management from Brown University. Donahue currently serves as a director of PBF Energy (NYSE: PBF) and Servco Pacific Inc. He also participates on the boards of the T.J. Martell Foundation and All Within My Hands.

Terreno Realty operates as an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate across six major coastal U.S. markets: New York City/Northern New Jersey, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and Washington D.C.
