Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN) announced its board declared a quarterly distribution of $0.9202 per common unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The distribution represents a 1.25% increase, or $0.0114 per unit, compared to the previous quarter.
The annualized distribution totals $3.6808 per unit. This marks the fourth consecutive quarterly increase for the energy infrastructure partnership.
The company maintains its target of at least 5% annual distribution growth for 2025. Since 2022, Sunoco LP has increased distributions by approximately 11%.
The distribution will be paid November 19, 2025, to unitholders of record as of October 30, 2025.
Sunoco LP operates energy infrastructure and fuel distribution across more than 40 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The partnership maintains approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline, over 100 terminals, and serves about 7,400 Sunoco and partner branded locations plus additional independent dealers and commercial customers.
Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) owns the partnership's general partner.
