Sunoco LP raises quarterly distribution by 1.25% to $0.9088 per unit

Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.9088 per common unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, representing a 1.25% increase from the previous quarter. The distribution equals $3.6352 on an annualized basis.
The increase of $0.0112 per common unit marks the third consecutive quarterly distribution increase for the energy infrastructure partnership. The company maintains its target of at least 5% annual distribution growth for 2025.
Since 2022, Sunoco LP has increased distributions by approximately 10%. The quarterly distribution will be paid on August 19, 2025, to unitholders of record as of August 8, 2025.
Sunoco LP operates energy infrastructure and fuel distribution across over 40 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The partnership maintains approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline, over 100 terminals, and serves approximately 7,400 Sunoco and partner branded locations. Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) owns the partnership's general partner.
