Strategy raises $27.3 million, purchases 220 bitcoin in recent week
Strategy Inc (NASDAQ: STRF/STRC/STRK/STRD/MSTR) raised $27.3 million through its at-the-market offering programs between October 6 and October 12, 2025, according to a press release statement.
The company used the proceeds to purchase 220 bitcoin at an average price of $123,561 per bitcoin, spending approximately $27.2 million on the acquisitions. The bitcoin purchases were funded through proceeds from three of its ATM programs: STRF, STRK, and STRD offerings.
Strategy now holds 640,250 bitcoin with an aggregate purchase price of $47.38 billion and an average cost basis of $74,000 per bitcoin. The company describes itself as the world's largest corporate holder of bitcoin.
During the October 6-12 period, Strategy sold 170,663 STRF shares generating $19.8 million in net proceeds, 16,873 STRK shares for $1.7 million in net proceeds, and 68,775 STRD shares for $5.8 million in net proceeds. No STRC or MSTR shares were sold during this period.
The company maintains multiple ATM programs with varying amounts available for future issuance, including $1.699 billion remaining under its STRF program, $4.2 billion under STRC, $20.37 billion under STRK, $4.15 billion under STRD, and $15.91 billion under MSTR.
Strategy operates as a Bitcoin treasury company while also providing enterprise analytics software services.
