Spire Global appoints Dr. Toni Rinow to board of directors

Spire Global, Inc. (NYSE: SPIR) announced the appointment of Dr. Toni Rinow to its Board of Directors, effective October 13, 2025.
Dr. Rinow brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership and board governance. She previously served as CFO of a NASDAQ-listed company, where she raised over $100 million in capital expansion financing and led strategic acquisitions. Her career includes senior roles at Jubilant DraxImage, a nuclear medicine company, and Isologic Radiopharmaceuticals, where she served as both CFO and COO.
Her board experience includes serving as an independent director at Converge Technology Solutions (TSX: CTS), where she participated in audit, nomination, and governance committees. She currently holds a board position with the Chambre des Huissiers de Justice du Québec and previously chaired the audit committee of Sprout AI.
"Her proven expertise in financial strategy, capital markets, and global expansion will be instrumental as Spire continues to scale," said Theresa Condor, CEO of Spire Global.
Dr. Rinow holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics and Chemistry from the University of Montreal, a degree in Chemical Engineering from the ERASMUS European Higher Institute of Chemistry, and both an MBA and Master's in Accounting from McGill University. She has additional training in artificial intelligence from MIT and in governance and corporate sustainability.
Spire Global operates a satellite constellation that provides space-based data and analytics for weather intelligence, maritime and aviation tracking, and security applications. The company offers data services and Space as a Service solutions to customers globally.
