Sharon AI appoints Drew Kelton to board of directors
Sharon AI Inc., an Australian cloud computing company, announced the appointment of Drew Kelton to its board of directors. The company described itself as Australia's leading "Neocloud" provider focused on artificial intelligence and cloud GPU compute infrastructure.
Kelton brings 40 years of experience in information and communications technology, having held senior positions across the UK, Europe, India, Australasia and the United States. His previous roles include chief executive officer of Superloop (ASX: SLC), non-executive director of Megaport (ASX: MP1), executive vice president of T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS), managing director of Telstra International (ASX: TLS) and senior vice president of DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU).
He currently serves as non-executive chairman at Leading Edge Data Centres and Locate Technologies (ASX: LOC), and as a non-executive director of Superloop.

James Manning, chairman at Sharon AI, said Kelton's appointment strengthens the company as it prepares for a transition to becoming a public company. Sharon AI previously announced a business combination agreement with Roth CH Acquisition Co. (OTC Markets: USCTF), a blank check company.
