Sapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ: SPNS) announced a strategic partnership with Linqura to integrate AI-driven underwriting intelligence into its property and casualty insurance platform. The collaboration connects Linqura's underwriting data and algorithms with Sapiens' PolicyPro platform for policy administration.
The integration provides access to data points covering businesses across the United States, including risk assessments, exposure analysis, and coverage recommendations. The partnership incorporates Linqura's classification system covering more than 1,100 NAICS codes with real-time coverage suggestions for underwriters.
"We are very excited and honored to have Sapiens as a strategic partner," said Mark Stender, CEO of Linqura. "We believe our unique agentic-AI platform, data, and algorithms will be great additions to the Sapiens suite."
Roni Al-Dor, Sapiens' President and CEO, stated the collaboration will provide customers with "a built-in Underwriting Advisor that will simplify commercial insurance."
The partnership aims to enhance risk decision-making capabilities for property and casualty insurers through embedded AI-driven insights during new business and renewal processes. Linqura specializes in artificial intelligence and data analytics solutions for commercial insurance, focusing on risk classification and assessment tools.
Sapiens serves over 600 customers in more than 30 countries with insurance software solutions. The company announced in August that it entered into an agreement to be acquired by Advent International for $43.50 per share in cash, valuing the company at approximately $2.5 billion.
