Safe Pro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAI) announced it signed memoranda of understanding with Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) and Unusual Machines Inc. (NYSE: UMAC) to collaborate on AI-powered drone technologies.

The agreements focus on integrating Safe Pro's patented AI-powered drone imagery analysis and computer vision technologies into the partners' hardware and software offerings. Safe Pro's technology includes its Safe Pro Object Threat Detection system, which the company states can detect over 150 types of threats including landmines, anti-personnel mines, cluster munitions and unexploded ordnance.

The collaboration with Ondas will support autonomous commercial, defense and security drone platforms with AI-powered threat detection capabilities. Marketing efforts will target the U.S. Department of Defense, Army engagements, NATO partners and operations in Ukraine, where Safe Pro states its technology has been deployed.

With Unusual Machines, Safe Pro plans to integrate its real-time threat detection data with Aura Cameras and HDO+ Goggles solutions for first-person view drone offerings.

Safe Pro reports its datasets include analysis of over 1.78 million drone images and identification of more than 31,600 threats across 7,819 hectares in Ukraine. The agreements follow strategic investments by Ondas and Unusual Machines into Safe Pro Group completed on August 21, 2025.
