SRx Health to acquire EMJ Crypto Technologies in strategic pivot

SRx Health Solutions (NYSE American: SRXH) announced a definitive agreement to acquire EMJ Crypto Technologies, marking a shift from healthcare operations toward digital-asset treasury management. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026 pending shareholder approval.

Upon completion, the combined company plans to operate under the EMJX name and pursue a ticker change. EMJX founder Eric M. Jackson is expected to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the merged entity.

The acquisition centers on EMJX's treasury framework, which the company describes as a platform for capital allocation, hedging, and reinvestment across market cycles. EMJX has developed its Quantitative AI and Machine Learning Engine since 2021.
