Sharon AI Inc. announced it has completed phase one engineering for its data center campus in Ector County, Texas, and expanded the project to 438 acres through a joint venture with New Era Energy & Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAI).

The company, which has entered into a business combination agreement with Roth CH Acquisition Co. (OTC Markets: USCTF), executed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire an additional 203 acres adjacent to its existing 235-acre site outside Odessa, Texas. The combined acreage has passed initial environmental and feasibility assessments.

The Texas Critical Data Centers joint venture plans to scale the campus to 1 gigawatt of power capacity. Sharon AI has signed a non-binding letter agreement with Thunderhead Energy Solutions for approximately 250 megawatts of behind-the-meter gas-fired power generation, intended for deployment over 18 months subject to customer agreements.

The company also signed agreements with Mawgan Capital to deploy its Digital Zero Power solution and with GlobeLink Holdings for fiber optic connectivity. GlobeLink plans to develop a 1,600-mile fiber network across Texas.

"We are pleased to announce these milestones, demonstrating progress in our strategy to build one of the premier AI data center campuses in the United States," said Wolf Schubert, CEO of Sharon AI.

Sharon AI operates as a high-performance computing company focused on artificial intelligence and cloud GPU compute infrastructure. The company expects to add Nvidia H200 graphics processing units to its fleet in 2025.
