Postal Realty Trust names Steve Bakke as chief financial officer

Postal Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: PSTL) appointed Steve Bakke as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective November 5, 2025, according to a company statement.



Bakke joins the real estate investment trust from Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O), where he served as senior vice president of corporate finance, overseeing capital markets, financial planning and investor relations. He previously held senior roles at Site Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) and worked at Third Avenue Management and Surveyor Capital after starting as a research analyst at Green Street.



The appointment follows a search conducted by Marcus & Associates. Bakke holds a bachelor's degree in operations research and information engineering from Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder.



"Steve's track record of success in Capital Markets, Financial and Corporate Strategy, and Investor Relations will complement us well," said Andrew Spodek, chief executive officer. "Additionally, his extensive experience on both the REIT buy side and sell side will bring a valuable perspective to the Company as we continue to expand our portfolio."



Jeremy Garber, the company's president, had been serving as interim chief financial officer. Postal Realty Trust owns and manages over 2,200 properties leased primarily to the United States Postal Service, ranging from post offices to industrial facilities.



Bakke will be based at the company's headquarters in Cedarhurst, New York.
