PodcastOne (NASDAQ: PODC), a subsidiary of LiveOne (NASDAQ: LVO), announced a multi-year partnership with Gotavi to deploy artificial intelligence tools aimed at enhancing content discovery and audience engagement.

The partnership involves implementing Gotavi's Interactor AI and Pulse technologies across PodcastOne's network of more than 200 podcasters. PodcastOne reports 3.9 billion lifetime downloads and over 1 billion monthly impressions across distribution platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and iHeartRadio.

"AI is fundamentally reshaping how audiences discover content and how media companies monetize attention," said Robert Ellin, Executive Chairman of PodcastOne. The company plans to use the technology to increase visibility across AI platforms and convert attention into engagement.

Shai Stern, Co-Founder of Gotavi, described the platform as designed to help businesses become visible on AI platforms. Stern noted a 30-year working relationship with Ellin across different businesses.

The AI tools are intended to improve content discovery through AI assistants and search engines while transforming discovery into interactive engagement. PodcastOne expects the technology to drive revenue growth and improve operating margins, though specific financial targets were not disclosed.

PodcastOne operates as a podcast platform providing sales, marketing, production and distribution services. The company's roster includes podcasters Adam Carolla, Kaitlyn Bristowe, Jordan Harbinger, and others. PodcastOne also runs PodcastOne Pro, which offers production packages for brands and individuals.

Gotavi provides business platform services focused on operational and visibility solutions for entrepreneurs and small businesses through AI-driven tools.
