PharmaCorp appoints Paul Dale as president and COO

PharmaCorp Rx Inc. (TSXV: PCRX) announced executive changes effective December 1, with Paul Dale being appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. Dale previously served as Chief Operating Officer since the company's inception.



Calvin LeRoux will step down from his President role on November 30 and assume a one-year position as Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. LeRoux will assist with the transition of responsibilities and provide guidance on matters relating to PharmaChoice Canada.



"Paul's appointment reinforces the continuity of our operating model and our confidence in his leadership," said Alan Simpson, Executive Chairman of PharmaCorp, according to the company's statement. "His experience managing complex retail organizations and his steady execution throughout our acquisition and integration efforts make him exceptionally well-suited for this expanded mandate."



The company also announced that Sophia Sigler will join as Director of Business Development on December 1. Sigler will lead business development initiatives including sourcing acquisition opportunities, managing the transaction pipeline, and coordinating due diligence.



PharmaCorp operates as a Canadian pharmacy acquisition and ownership platform focused on empowering pharmacists as equity partners. The company currently operates seven PharmaChoice Canada bannered pharmacies and continues to acquire both PharmaChoice Canada bannered and independent pharmacies across Canada.
