Pershing Square Holdings launches USD-denominated senior notes offering
Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (LN: PSH) (LN: PSHD) announced the launch of an offering of USD-denominated senior notes with intermediate tenor, according to a company statement.
The investment holding company said net proceeds from the notes offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including making investments or holding assets in accordance with its investment policy.
The company indicated that additional details regarding the offering will be provided as permitted by law.
Pershing Square Holdings operates as a closed-ended investment fund registered in Guernsey. The notes have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and will not be offered to U.S. persons or in the United States.
The company noted it has not been registered under the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940, meaning investors in the notes will not receive benefits under that legislation.
