Paramount projects $69B revenue in fiscal 2026 with WBD merger
Investing.com -- Paramount expects to generate $69 billion in pro forma revenue for fiscal year 2026 following its combination with Warner Bros. Discovery.
The combined entity is targeting $18 billion in adjusted EBITDA and anticipates $6 billion in synergies from the merger, according to company projections released Monday.
For the period spanning 2026 through 2030, the merged company forecasts revenue growth in the mid-single-digit percentage range on a compound annual growth rate basis.
The company aims to achieve an adjusted EBITDA margin in the mid-20% range by 2030. Free cash flow conversion is expected to reach approximately 50% during the forecast period.
