DoorDash Inc. (NASDAQ: DASH) and Old Navy announced a partnership to offer on-demand delivery of Old Navy products through the DoorDash platform. The service is available nationwide across more than 1,000 Old Navy stores in the United States.
Customers can access Old Navy's apparel and accessories, including denim, activewear, and seasonal items, through the DoorDash app for same-day delivery. The partnership represents one of the first major apparel retailers to join DoorDash's on-demand retail delivery service.
"We've seen increased demand for on-demand apparel, and partnering with an iconic brand like Old Navy marks an incredible milestone in delivering scale, value, and convenience for consumers nationwide," said Lee Brown, Chief Revenue Officer at DoorDash.
Old Navy Brand President and CEO Haio Barbeito stated that the partnership "brings that spirit to life by introducing same-day delivery – a whole new value proposition that helps customers save both time and money."
DoorDash launched its on-demand retail delivery service in 2023, expanding beyond food delivery to include groceries, gifts, and apparel. The company reported that in December 2024, over 25% of its monthly active users ordered from at least one new vertical category such as retail. DoorDash serves over 50 million monthly active users globally across its DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo marketplaces.
Old Navy operates more than 1,200 stores across the United States and Canada and is a division of Gap Inc. (NYSE: GAP). The retailer was founded in 1994 and also maintains franchise locations internationally.
Customers can access the service by searching for Old Navy within the DoorDash app and selecting items for delivery.
