NusaTrip trading remains halted amid SEC and NASDAQ inquiries

NusaTrip Incorporated (NASDAQ: NUTR) filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 3, 2026, addressing the status of its halted securities trading and ongoing regulatory inquiries.

The travel technology platform initially responded to a NASDAQ information request on October 14, 2025, following NASDAQ's October 9, 2025 inquiry. NASDAQ subsequently issued follow-up requests, to which NusaTrip submitted written responses on November 17, 2025.

On December 22, 2025, the SEC requested voluntary document production from NusaTrip. The company submitted its responses to the SEC's request on January 20, 2026.

Trading in NusaTrip's securities on NASDAQ remains suspended. The company stated it continues to cooperate with both the SEC and NASDAQ to resolve outstanding matters and will provide updates as appropriate.

NusaTrip informed shareholders that its daily business operations remain normal and have not been materially affected by the trading suspension. The company operates as an integrated travel technology platform specializing in Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific markets.

Society Pass Incorporated (NASDAQ: SOPA) holds a majority ownership stake in NusaTrip. NusaTrip completed its initial public offering in August 2025.

The company's platform provides access to more than 500 airlines and 650,000 hotels worldwide. NusaTrip is the first Indonesian-based online travel agent to receive International Air Transport Association accreditation.
