Niagen Bioscience partners with OneSpaWorld for cruise ship clinics

March 31, 2026 8:35 AM EDT

Niagen Bioscience Inc. (NASDAQ: NAGE) announced a partnership with OneSpaWorld (NASDAQ: OSW) to provide Niagen IV treatments at over 80 Medi-Spa clinics aboard cruise ships, according to a company press release.

The collaboration marks Niagen Bioscience's first cruise ship clinic partnership, expanding the company's Niagen Plus clinical channel beyond its existing network of over 1,200 healthcare, wellness and longevity clinics in the United States.

Niagen IV contains pharmaceutical-grade nicotinamide riboside, designed to boost NAD+ levels in the body. The company states its intravenous formulation enables 75% shorter infusion times compared to traditional NAD+ IV treatments and delivers higher NAD+ blood levels with fewer side effects.

OneSpaWorld operates health and wellness centers on 208 cruise ships and at 42 destination resorts worldwide. The company provides spa, fitness and medical spa services to cruise passengers and resort guests.

"OneSpaWorld opens a new premium channel at sea, strengthens our rapidly expanding Niagen Plus clinic footprint, and supports our strategy to scale Niagen IV and injections outside of the U.S.," said Rob Fried, CEO of Niagen Bioscience.

Wells Pharma of Houston, a U.S. FDA-registered outsourcing facility, will compound and distribute the pharmaceutical-grade Niagen IV treatments to the cruise ship clinics. The rollout will be aligned with ship-specific operations and regulatory requirements.

Niagen Bioscience recently received a U.S. patent covering methods of use for nicotinamide riboside in IV and injectable formulations, broadening its intellectual property portfolio for NAD+ precursors.
