NextPlat promotes Amanda Ferrio to chief financial officer
NextPlat Corp (NASDAQ: NXPL, NXPLW) announced the promotion of Amanda L. Ferrio to chief financial officer, replacing Cecile Munnik who will depart following a transition period and the filing of the company's quarterly report for the period ended September 30, 2025.
Ferrio previously served as vice president of accounting and finance at Progressive Care LLC, NextPlat's healthcare operation acquired last year. She has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience at both Nasdaq-listed and private companies.
During her three years at Progressive Care, Ferrio oversaw financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and managed SEC filings. Prior to joining Progressive Care, she held accounting and finance roles at BBC International LLC, Willis-Lease Finance Corporation, BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy, and FedNat. She holds a master's degree and bachelor's degree in accounting.

Munnik served as CFO for five years at Progressive Care and NextPlat during the company's expansion of domestic and international operations.
NextPlat operates as a global consumer products and services company providing healthcare and technology solutions through e-commerce and retail channels. The company operates an e-commerce communications division and pharmacy and healthcare data management services in the United States through its Progressive Care subsidiary.
