NextPlat Corp (NASDAQ: NXPL) announced a collaboration with HealthWarehouse.com, Inc. (OTCQB: HEWA) to provide prescription and over-the-counter medication fulfillment across all 50 states, according to a company statement.

The partnership enables NextPlat's PharmcoRx healthcare division to expand beyond Florida, where it currently generates more than 70% of the company's expected $55 million in annual 2025 revenue. HealthWarehouse operates a licensed digital pharmacy platform with national fulfillment infrastructure and regulatory compliance.

"This collaboration marks a transformational step in NextPlat's healthcare growth strategy," said David Phipps, CEO of NextPlat. The company plans to integrate platforms and expand its ability to serve customers throughout the United States.

HealthWarehouse is accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and provides prescription and over-the-counter medications to all 50 states through its e-commerce platform. The company focuses on increasing access to healthcare products while reducing costs for consumers and business partners.

NextPlat intends to use the partnership to collaborate with existing and new partners to create online sales channels for healthcare products and services. The company operates e-commerce communications divisions offering voice, data, tracking, and IoT products globally, as well as pharmacy and healthcare data management services in the United States through its Progressive Care subsidiary.

Joseph Peters, President and CEO of HealthWarehouse, said the companies plan to work together to improve healthcare access through technology and e-commerce solutions.
