NetraMark director Lawrence Guy resigns from board

NetraMark Holdings Inc. (TSX: AIAI) (OTCQB: AINMF) (Frankfurt: PF0) announced that Lawrence Guy has resigned from the company's board of directors, effective May 7, 2026, for personal reasons.

The artificial intelligence company, which develops machine learning solutions for pharmaceutical and clinical research industries, stated that its board and management thanked Guy for his service and contributions to the company.

NetraMark focuses on analyzing complex patient datasets and identifying subgroups of individuals across multiple variables simultaneously through its proprietary mathematically augmented learning system. The company's technology is designed to reveal structure in clinical trial populations and support the development of insights for disease segmentation, patient stratification, drug sensitivity analysis, and treatment efficacy identification.
