Netflix and iHeartMedia announced an exclusive video podcasting partnership that will bring more than 15 original iHeartPodcasts to the streaming platform. The video podcast episodes will launch on Netflix in early 2026 in the United States, with additional markets to follow.
The partnership includes popular podcasts such as "The Breakfast Club" hosted by Charlamagne Tha God, "My Favorite Murder" featuring Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark, and "Dear Chelsea" with Chelsea Handler. Comedy podcast "This Is Important" starring Adam Devine, Anders Holm and Blake Anderson from "Workaholics" is also part of the lineup.
Other shows joining Netflix include "Bobby Bones Presents: The Bobbycast," "Joe and Jada" with Grammy-nominated artists Fat Joe and Jadakiss, "The Psychology of Your 20s," "Behind the Bastards," and several educational podcasts from the "Stuff" series including "Stuff You Missed in History Class" and "Stuff to Blow Your Mind."
The agreement covers all new episodes from the participating podcasts as well as select library episodes from each show. iHeartMedia will retain all audio-only rights and distribution, meaning the podcasts will continue to be available on iHeartRadio and other podcast platforms in audio format.
"The Breakfast Club" has surpassed one billion downloads, while "My Favorite Murder" has approximately two billion lifetime downloads, according to the companies.
iHeartMedia trades on NASDAQ under ticker IHRT. Netflix has over 300 million paid memberships across more than 190 countries.
