Mosaic Clinical Technologies, the technology and AI services division of Radiology Partners, appointed Mike Peresie as president, according to a company statement.

Peresie brings more than two decades of experience in digital health leadership. He most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer at Optum Insight, where he led an AI-focused innovation portfolio. Prior to that role, he was CEO of Optum's Software, Network and Data business, described as a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of technology businesses serving healthcare providers, payors and pharmacies.

Earlier in his career, Peresie held senior leadership positions at Optum Insight and Change Healthcare. During his tenure, he participated in the Change Healthcare IPO and subsequent merger with Optum.

As president, Peresie will oversee the MosaicOS platform development, product strategy, operations, customer success, regulatory matters, AI innovation, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.

"Mike is an outstanding leader with an impressive track record of value creation," said Rich Whitney, CEO of Mosaic and Radiology Partners. "His experience building high-performing teams and scaling mission-critical technology businesses makes him the right leader to accelerate Mosaic's growth."

Peresie will join the Mosaic team at the 2025 Radiological Society of North America meeting, scheduled for November 30 through December 4 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The company will showcase its MosaicOS platform and Mosaic Drafting technology at multiple booth locations during the conference.

MosaicOS is described as a cloud-native and AI-native operating system that integrates diagnostic technologies and AI-powered tools into a single platform for radiology practices.
