Moog prices $500 million senior notes due 2034 at 5.500%
Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced it has priced $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior notes due 2034. The aerospace and defense components manufacturer plans to use proceeds from the offering, along with cash on hand, to redeem all $500 million of its outstanding 4.250% senior notes due 2027.
The offering is expected to close on March 24, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will be offered to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and to non-U.S. persons in offshore transactions under Regulation S of the Securities Act.
The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States without registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.
East Aurora, New York-based Moog designs, manufactures and integrates precision motion and fluid controls for military and commercial aircraft, satellites, space vehicles, defense systems, industrial machinery, marine and medical equipment.
